Extra Virgin Olive Oil La Cavallina

Olive oil made uniquely from olives cultivated on the Montalbano slopes.

In “organic conversion”, the extra virgin olive oil La Cavallina is made with healthy olives, supervised, harvested at the right point of maturation, cold pressed and coming uniquely from our small farm in the municipality of Larciano (Pistoia). La Cavallina is also named “Podere Tramontana”, since the wind typically blowing these hills. We are a small agricultural farm with about 1,000 olive trees, the majority of them century-old. We make a high quality olive oil with organic techniques.
